I think I understand people with mental illness more than I do people considered “normal,” psychologically speaking. I think that’s why I tend to gravitate towards (and befriend more easily) people with mental illness. I understand how the mentally ill mind works moreso than the normally functioning mind. Not sure where I was going with this. So…yea.
